WELCOME to Las Lagunitas. We hope you will enjoy the amenities of our gated community, including the beautiful 90-acre common area. We, at the Las Lagunitas Homeowner Association (LLHA) Board of Directors, oversee management of the common area as well as compliance with the covenants. If you need a copy of the covenants, contact a Board member.
We invite you to become involved our community. As a first step, we need to include you in our mailing list, not only for billing purposes but also to inform you of Board activities (primarily through email) and for important notifications (by regular mail).Please provide us with the following information shown below.Name(s)

You can email or give this information to the Board Secretary. This information will remain confidential, for use only by the Board, its financial service, and the Architectural Committee.
We also remind you that if you building a new home or planning to make any structural or landscaping improvements (including fences, walls, or driveways), these must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Committee. Any member of the Committee can inform you about the review process. The applicable LLHA fee schedule is shown below:

New residents need to obtain a code to punch in at the entry gate when the gate is closed. For convenience, residents can purchase a coded electronic gate opener for $65 or a magnetic card for $15 from Carl Troy, HOA Treasurer, (phone 474-9830, carldenise@scdial.com). If you do not want to purchase a device, contact Carl in any case, to obtain a free code to punch into the key board during periods of gate closure.
To start garbage collection, call MCT Waste at 455-0795 to request a garbage can. Let them know your address is located in the Las Lagunitas Subdivision; garbage collection fees are included in your quarterly HOA fee.
